So in both the above automated way, our system does NOT collect & does NOT store any personal payment data.

Additionally, there can be few optional manual payment methods where the user needs to email with a transaction id in order to verify payment. But that is no way it can be used to authenticate or help in authenticating any payment/s on behalf of the user.

  4. Result data

Email addresses:

This includes all the email addresses uploaded by our user as a csv file onto our system.

We do store this data in order to process the data. We do not share this data with any third party.

Additional Data with Email:

Most of our users just upload email addresses without any other data. However, users may include other personal data like First name, last name, address and so forth, along with the email addresses.

We don’t share or share these additional data of each email with any other third-party nor anywhere else in our system except we store and return this data back to the user along with email addresses at the time of downloading the file. This is only for user convenience, to save them from the hassle of reattaching data for each email with our results.

Email’s Technical data:

We generate result data pertaining to each email after processing them. We process each and every email address using our proprietary algorithms to determine if the email is good to send, which we classify as clean OR not good to send email, which we classify as dirty. However, as like any other system we can not detect 100% of all the email addresses. So we classify those emails as unknown

We do store this data in our global cache. Simply to avoid reprocessing, which will be used across all the users.

We don’t sell or share any of the above data with any third-party.

If you want to know what data we have about your email list, or if you want us to delete them then please do contact us on gdpr@symbolist.technology and we were happy to provide all the information or delete them from our system.

The location of our server which eventually stores data is located in Germany, Europe. However, while processing the email data, many different servers from different locations may be involved (which may also include different nodes on the Internet, etc). But this data will be transient in nature, that is, only temporarily available (only during processing) and then get removed.
